The sky is the umbrella of our existence, and my personal reminder of the simple yet profound. Too often we cast our eyes down, hunched over desk and device. Here my camera points upward to wonders above. Whether gazing up at cirrus clouds, the first full moon of August, the barnacled pier at low tide, a gateway of Douglas-firs, or in search of shooting stars, the sky hovers behind in quiet splendour. Altogether amazing, how a simple tilt of my head returns me to curiosity and purpose.
